Aquiring a library Card a Patron needs to provide:

• A photo I.D. (driver’s license, school I.D., etc)
• Provide a document showing proof of residency (Utility Bill, Bank Statement, Government mail)

Fees:

• McCook Residents*: Free
• Countryside Residents: $100.00 (Countryside Residents are eligible for a discounted card as part of an intergovernmental agreement)
• Indian-Head Residents: $100.00

Cash or Check ONLY

The fee is based upon a calculated formula which the Director can provide.
